Charlotte Dailey is the Program Specialist-OER in Postsecondary Education at Southern Regional Education Board. Before coming to SREB, Charlotte managed federally funded grants to provide Farm Management Education for New, Beginning Farmers and Ranchers in Mississippi. As a long-standing advocate for education, Charlotte has over 20 years of experience working in Higher Education. She also brings with her many years of work experience in non-profit management, program development, and project management.
Charlotte’s capstone project consisted of a toolkit of recommendations to create, develop, and execute a plan of action for hosting a regional conference.
