Ashley Gordon, Programs and Operations Manager
Ashley Gordon is SPARC’s Programs and Operations Manager. She assists with member programs and communications as well as managing key operational and business functions.
Ashley has experience working with nonprofits in both direct service and administration. She was program operations manager for an organization that offered mentoring and summer learning opportunities to low-income high school and college students. At another education nonprofit, Ashley managed planning for conferences and special events.
Ashley has a master’s degree in nonprofit management from Northeastern University. She completed the Institute for Nonprofit Practice’s Community Fellows program and earned a certificate in Community Leadership and Social Change. As an undergraduate, she majored in travel and tourism geography and minored in educational studies and social work at Salem State University.
Ashley lives in the Washington, D.C, metro area and is on the board of the DC chapter of the Young Nonprofit Professionals Network. When she’s not working, Ashley loves to travel.
