Amy is currently University Librarian at Concordia University. She has spent her entire library career working to advance open scholarship initiatives at institutions in Canada and the United States, as well as a term as Assistant Deputy Minister, Collections at Library and Archives Canada where she was responsible for the Government Record, Digitization & Preservation, Private Archives & Published Heritage, and Access to Information & Privacy teams. She has worked at McGill University, the University of Chicago, and the University of Guelph, and has been involved in large scale digitisation initiatives, developed library-based publishing programmes, co-authored research data management policies, and has drafted more pilot projects than she cares to remember.
