On January 28, the National Agricultural Library at USDA opened a second comment period for interested parties to provide feedback on its Implementation Plan to Increase Public Access to USDA-Funded Research Results.
SPARC submitted comments outlining the need for equitable compliance options, publication reuse rights, and encouraged the agency to consider non-federal repositories for compliance, like those at institutions, in addition to PubAg.
