Persistent identifiers (PIDs) are important research infrastructure that enable the reliable identification of people, outputs, organizations, and funding across the scholarly ecosystem. As institutions, governments, funders, and publishers around the world increasingly integrate PIDs into workflows and policy requirements, adoption is accelerating.
This webcast will showcase different PID adoption use cases across the global PID community and identify broadly applicable PID practices. This event is open to those working at academic institutions and will be recorded. We encourage participants to submit questions in advance via the registration form.
