This decision was made after careful consideration of the time and effort required to obtain up-to-date big deal subscription data weighed against community usage of the resource. The most recent dataset, containing nearly 12,000 data points, is archived on Zenodo at: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.3354036. Data is provided under a CC-0 license.
