Leadership Portfolio

As part of her capstone project, Jeanne wanted to expand outreach on her campus in order to increase awareness of OER and her library’s textbook affordability programs. She specifically wanted to increase awareness of OER with other stakeholders on campus in addition to faculty, including campus IT, parents, and more. Ultimately, her project consisted of two main components: conducting outreach geared towards various stakeholders on campus and designing outreach materials. Her outreach materials became the community resource of her project and contain presentations, flyers, and other materials that can be used by others. Each was designed for a specific stakeholder group. She developed the community resource to help librarians or other educators with templates that they could use for their OER outreach.
